The flat is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and has a garden. An added bonus is also a cellar which provides loads of storage if you need it.

It's located along Leathwaite Road, around 10 mins walk to Clapham Junction station and just off Battersea Rise. Clapham Common and the Northcote road are just a short walk away, with loads of bars and restaurants along the way.

After a year and a half, my flat mate has decided to move in with his partner so his room, the larger room of the flat is up for rent. The room itself is on its own above the main flat which adds a bit more privacy.

The flat originally came unfurnished which my flatmate and I furnished so the furniture in the bedroom can either stay if you need or we can remove it. Everything was purchased new less than 2 years ago so of good quality. Also very keen for whoever is to move in to make it feel like home, so anything you want to add is absolutely fine.

It's a comfortable and tidy environment, ideal for someone who likes a well maintained and clean flat. We also have Sky TV as an added extra!

About me:

I am 33 years old, I grew up in Ascot but have lived in SW London for around 5 years. I usually work in the office 4-5 days a week and have a busy schedule, therefore I am usually out the door early and not home until late.

I have a 3 (and a half) year old son, who comes to stay with every other weekend. He is no trouble and we usually keep ourselves busy throughout the days however anyone looking to move in will need to be OK with this arrangement, although I don't expect it will disturb you very much.

On the weekends when I don't have my son, I usually meet up with friends and take the opportunity to enjoy London, I am a sociable person and would always be up for grabbing a beer or watching some TV.
I am generally quite laid back but ideally looking for a professional who will keep the flat clean and tidy.
