Hey! We have a spare room becoming available in mid June (exact date tbc) in our 3 bed ground floor flat in Clapham North. The flat has an amazing location, where just a 5 minute walk can take you to multiple tube/overground stations as well as Clapham Common.

Rent would be £850 pcm (bills not included) and the deposit will be the equivalent of 6 weeks rent. The exact move in date is tbc, but we could potentially be slightly flexible.

About us: Laneka and I (Mike) are 26 and 28 respectively. Lan works as a teacher five days a week at school (boo!) and I’m in PR (yawn) - working a hybrid role. We’re close pals who spend time together, but we also have our own personal friendship groups. We both enjoy going to the pub, gym and eating out etc. - all the usual fun stuff. We would love to find someone who’s easy going and will fit in well!
