Cosy double in sociable Clapham flatshare

Hi! We are Ben and Cain and, sadly, our flatmate Charlie is having to move out mid-tenancy so we need somebody to take over the rest of the contract. We have a nice, cosy double room available ASAP for £1050, plus bills.

Ideally looking for someone quite sociable, we will never turn down a trip to the pub! We hang out and go to the gym etc quite a lot as well so feel free to join us as much as you like.

It's a lovely flat, with a nice shared living space and a good-size garden, and a massive cellar should you need to dump any boxes and stuff out of sight. We've already got all the pots and pans and plates etc that you'll need, and will 100% be getting a bbq for the summer. As you can see from the pictures, it's a decent size room, with just the one shared bathroom.

A bit about us:
- Ben is a maths teacher in-training (and not as boring as that may sound) who loves to keep active, but is equally happy at home with a cup of tea watching the F1. Also loves to cook for people so more than happy to be the designated flat chef.
- Cain is doing his masters in risk analysis, disasters and resilience and is an officer cadet in the army reserves. Unashamedly loves a Lego set so don't be surprised if you see them popping up here and there around the place...
- We are also both quite outdoorsy, so always on the look out to find a new hiking partner 👀
