Two rooms in Clapham South!

Hey all!
🏠 I have two rooms available in Clapham South from July 16th. Sadly my two housemates are moving out to live with their partners so I am looking for two people to renew the lease with me on a two year contract (can pay a fee to make change if necessary to leave before).

📍Location
Located on Cavendish Road
5min walk to Clapham South tube station, 5min walk to a big tesco. Close to Abbeville road and a 20min walk to Balham.

💰Rent/Rooms
Room 1: £940pcm this is the smallest room in the flat. It is quite cosy but has a double bed and does have a built in wardrobe and room for a small desk.
Room 2: £1040pcm this is the biggest room in the flat. It has a double bed and room plenty for a desk if wfh.
Bills usually work out around £100-£120ish a month
Deposit of £960 each

About me
I am a 26 year old kiwi gal who has been living in London for 5 months. I am a Social Worker (I WFH 2-3 days a week) I love a barre or dance class, exploring London and traveling. Ideally I am looking for girls aged 24-32 who are easy going, fun, clean and respectful of the home. Would love to have housemates who can I be friends!
