Single bed (pull out double) Clapham South House

We're a house of young professionals looking to fill a single bedroom in our 4 bed house with someone easy-going and tidy, who's happy to join the lease!
£800 per month, plus bills about £90 a month.

The house:
We're on a quiet, gated street on a residential road inside a school, which means there's always spare parking if you need. Only 5 min walk to Clapham south station for the Northern line.
It's 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas stove, air-fryer, washer and drier.
We have our own big garden where we regularly host BBQs.
There's a big living room, with massive TV and couch (and all the streaming services), plus 3 desks to work from home (1 desk is for you!).

The bedroom:
The room comes with the bed only, it's a single bed that extends into a double bed, and has a new-ish mattress (IKEA FLEKKE - Day-bed frame with 2 drawers)
You have a view of the garden and share a full-sized bathroom with only 1 other person.

Housemates:
You'll be joining two Aussies: Danny (25), and Nicky (27), and one English guy, Hugh (26). We all work from home some days of the week, we love a wine and movie night or occasional family roast, but also have separate friend groups and live our own lives. We often host a BBQ, and are friendly with the neighbors (and sometimes dog-sit for them).

We're looking for a like-minded person to join us, so please tell us a bit about yourself and I will do my best to get back to you quickly!

This is to join the lease, and so you'll need proof of employment and references to pass the real-estate checks. We'll do viewings between May 7th to 12th.
