Bright double (own bathroom, not en-suite)

Hello,

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May and I am looking to find a replacement.

The property is a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc), and the new tenant will have sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. There is permit parking available, around £180 for the year.

The pictures of the room are from before I moved in so may look slightly different depending on what items of furniture the current occupant bought himself.

The room is available from early June. The landlord has given me discretion to find a new tenant but has asked to vet the person I select to take the room so be prepared for a phone call with her, she’s lovely so nothing to be too concerned about.

Preferred male of similar age and interests but open to female enquiries. No couples, no students, no fully remote workers (full time WFH).

About me:
I’m 28 years old, Irish and work for a consultancy in the city. I enjoy playing sports (spending most weekends at the golf course when the weather permits), watching the football and going to the pub.

Bills etc.:
Bills currently come to around £120p/m (CT, utilities, internet), I’m not sure where the water is paid so if my current flatmate pays this this amount could go up a bit. There is no deposit, the landlord is pretty chill on that front.
