The house is located in upper Clapton in a quiet back street with only a 6 min walk to the overground and a 5 min walk to Millfields park, as well as a 10 min walk to the marshes and canals. The room itself is bright and airy and has a heap of storage - as well as easily fitting a queen size bed (this must come with the room!). The house has 3 levels, with your room being on the middle level which also has the living room, a balcony and toilet on this level too. The bottom level has the kitchen and the top level has 2 other bedrooms and the main bathroom with toilet + shower/bath.

• Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be sharing this house with 3 lovely Brits!! 2 males and 1 female - Maria, Fin and Jamie are all in their mid 20’s and are wonderful housemates who are respectful, sociable and fun people to be around.

Council tax: £29.20 per month
Bills roughly: £75 per month
