Looking for female professionals / employed full time! 

After 7 amazing years, I am moving out of my room in our flat share in Farringdon (EC1) to move in with my boyfriend.

Move-in date - end of May/early June (exact date TBC)

My lovely friends are looking for a girl to replace me – looking for a young professional girl in late twenties/early thirties who wants to hang out as a house, whether it’s having a chilled out Sundays with takeaway and Netflix or going out for brunch or dinner or drinks!



Current housemates – The other 2 girls you would be living with are young professionals who work in the city and plan to stay in this central area for the foreseeable future. Florence is 32, works in the charity sector and is English but also speaks Spanish because she lived in Spain for 12 years. Bianca moved in 1 year ago and is 29, part-Brazilian, part-Italian and works for a bank. Florence goes to the office 3 days and works in the lounge for the other 2 (Mon & Friday) and Bianca works from the office most of days with the occasional wfh day.
Both are very fun, chatty and easygoing, we have many evening chats and laughs in the kitchen or living room!



Rent – £838.16 (no bills included) from May 1st (recently renegotiated, this will be the first day of new rent). Bills vary as some are monthly and some yearly but they average around £110 a month in total which includes internet, council tax, energy and water.



Rental agreement – The joint tenancy agreement renews on the 1st May. Once a new housemate is finalised we shall contact the Landlord’s management agency to amend the contract (there may be a small payment to the agency to amend the name on the contract, I am happy to split this fee).



Location – Is amazing! 8min from Farringdon Station (Elizabeth line, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle and National Rail – Thameslink), 12 min from Angel and 15min from Old Street (Northern Lines) and 12min from St Pauls (Central line). Lots of nice coffee shops around and Exmouth market, Angel and Shoreditch really nearby for a drink.



House – 3rd floor with a lift in a big block so it’s warm. Nice and south facing so gets loads of sun, wooden floors, kitchen, separate lounge (can see the shard from it), 1 bathroom and separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. Washing machine but no dish washer.



Bedroom – second biggest room in the house, south facing, big windows.

Furniture – The room has a fitted wardrobe, plus the bed, a freestanding wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All other furniture in the room is mine so will be coming with me. We also have 2 large bookcases in the living room and I use 3 shelves, so there will be additional storage space there.
