Short term let 6 weeks July/ August Double room

1 double room available for short term let ONLY. Max stay 6 weeks, minimum stay 4 weeks. Room available between Monday 22nd July and Friday 30th August. Minimum stay required of 1 month within those dates. No deposit required just rent of £800 for the month/£1000 for 6 weeks. Partial payment of rent (£400) to secure the room is required upfront. At least 1 work reference required and proof of identity eg a copy of a passport/driving license.
Flat is 3 min walk to Colliers Wood tube station and bus stops. Good range of amenities (shops/gyms/pub/restaurant) available within in 5 minute walk. Loads of local parks for exploring or lazy days lounging in back garden an option too. Landlord away for summer so some belongings will be present in room although plenty of space will also be made available.
Room does not have a desk and is not suitable for working from home. Full use of living room/kitchen/utility/bathroom, (there is a tv also in bedroom) all bills are included.
