2 Month Sublet

29th May - 29th July (move in date can be earlier)

Hi all,
I am moving out of my lovely 4 bed house mid May and am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy.

You would be living with 3 other girls, Em, Cat and Sarah, all 26 years old. Em and Cat both work in marketing and Sarah is a teacher. We all met on gals who graduate nearly 2 years ago and they are all great to live with.

About the room:
It’s a 4 bed flat, split level with my room being on the top floor. It is fully furnished with a lot of storage. You would be sharing a bathroom with Em who keeps it very clean so would require taking it in turns to clean each week. We have a separate kitchen/living area and a garden.
The rent is £825 per month with bills coming to around £80 per month too.

The flat is a 7 min walk to Colliers Wood station (northern line). One positive is you always get a seat on the tube (priorities) xoxo.
