Large Double Room in Spacious Two Bed Flat

Hello,

Sadly my flatmate is moving on to share with a couple of climbing buddies so I'm looking to find a new flatmate to share with.

I'm looking for a new someone that's pretty chilled / easy going but also values / maintains good standards of tidiness / clealiness and a nice home environment. Would suit someone warm in nature and happy for a chat the occasional beer or glass of wine yet also relatively independent.

The room:
Double - Semi-furnished (15ft x 11.5 ft)

Huge built-in quadruple wardrobe with plenty of storage

Plenty of space in the room to fit addition desk and chest of drawers etc if desired

The flat:
Spacious, light and airy purpose built refurbed flat in with wooden flooring.
Modern Showeroom
Large living room
Fairly modern kitchen with plenty of storage
Virgin broadband
Small Balcony
Huge shared back garden

Me:
Graphic Designer, originally from South London suburbs. Niche music lover, occasional producer. Tap rooms, plants, gigs, SE Asian and Middle Eastern food. Low key, yet friendly.

The Area:
Crouch End is a relaxed green spot that feels safe, laid back and peaceful. There are plenty independent shops, a couple of record stores, pleasant cafes / coffee shops /restaurants / pubs as well as a supermarket chains and great local grocery stores.

Transport:
Although relatively low key / village-like / a bit removed from London in feel Crouch End is actually pretty well linked, so you're not as far from more vibrant destinations as it's reputation might suggest:

Frequent buses run to Finsbury Park tube (W7, W3), Archway tube (41 / N41) and Central London (91 / N91). Interms of rail links there's overground at Crouch Hill (10 mins walk) and national rail (to Moorgate & Kings Cross or Hertfordshire) at Harringay (12 mins walk). Central London, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tottenham & Walthamstow are all very accessible.

Bills:
Gas / Electricity, Water, C. Tax, and Broadband come to around £200 per month each

Deposit: £1130 tbc - it may be less. The 12 month contract is through David Astbury Estate agents.
