Double room available in lovely maisonette in between Dalston and Stoke Newington from June. The tenancy ends mid March 2025 so looking for someone to take over for me from June to then and if you want to extend there is the opportunity to do so!

You would be living with 2 great girls! They are super friendly and fun, mid twenties professionals working in sales and the civil service. They both go into the office and WFH. Happy to accept people who do the same.

You’ll be shared the kitchen/living area with both other tenants and the bathroom with one other tenant as there is a separate bathroom upstairs for the third person. The kitchen/living area is massive with plenty of room to cook at the same time as someone else.

The property is in a perfect location with Dalston high street about 5 mins walk and Church street about 10-15 mins walk, along with Clissold park. You’re 5 mins from Hackney Downs. There are multiple shops, cafes, bars, gyms, restaurants close by.

Rectory road - 7 min walk

Bills - approx £50 pm (not incl council tax)
