Spacious double room in friendly Dalston flat!

Sadly, one of our flatmates is leaving us soon to move in with her boyfriend - so we're looking for a third person to live in our lovely Dalston flat!

It's a large double room with nice big windows which let in lots of light! It comes semi-furnished with a built-in mirror-wardrobe, bedframe w/mattress and a side table.

The flat itself is a 3 bed, with a nice kitchen, living room and two bathrooms (both with toilets, one has a wet room shower and the other has a shower/bath combo). The location is amazing, close to Dalston high street as well as other great areas nearby.

A bit about us:

Becca is a civil servant, she loves climbing, a chatty pub trip, and Netflix documentaries.

Wallis works at a local pub and teaches music lessons nearby, is super creative, loves music, going to the park, painting & drawing, exploring London, and having a nice chill evening at home.

Wallis also has two lovely dogs which live with us - Hento is super chill and loving, and Teal loves belly rubs and cuddles.

We've become good friends since moving in together last year after meeting through our current flatmate who is leaving. We like to chat, watch TV, and go to the pub sometimes, occasionally cook dinner together, but we also respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone nice and laidback!

We like to keep the flat as tidy as we can – but no rotas or anything like that!

Important stuff:

We split rent equally, it is increasing to around £909 pcm for the room from 17th of June, bills not incl.

The expected move-in date is the 17th of June.

The landlord has a references process. We're planning on living here for another year, so your name will be added to our current two-year contract which ends on the 17th of June 2025.
