The room is a decent sized double, 4m x 3m, back of the house first floor

House is on a very quiet pretty street in chill De Beauvoir Town near the great pubs and delis, and only 5 mins walk to Dalston Overground stations and nightlife.

2 x bathrooms, kitchen/living room. Decent sized garden with palm tree - it could do with some love to get it summer bbq season ready so bonus if youre into a lil gardening!

Rent is currently £765, but likely to increase 3%. Deposit is 5 weeks rent, house isn't furnished by the landlord.

Looking for a professional-ish non-smoker, non-cokehead over 27-35, we are all 30/31

Unfortunately not enough space for a couple (there are minimum spatial standards for couples in an hmo and I don't want to be part of ignoring em and further lowering london rental standards).

You would be living with a user researcher, a post-doc biologist and a charity director

Outgoing housemate would like to sell their bed to the incoming housemate, so thats an option, the house isn't furnished by the landlord

There are two cats that live between a ground floor bedroom and the garden, so they are relatively self contained but the house wouldn't be suitable for someone with a serious allergy, and don't think we could have additional pets in the house.
