Double room + walk-in wardrobe (1st June)

We have a bright double bedroom with a park view, available June 1st. The room has a workspace and a walk-in wardrobe.

We’re looking for someone for up to 5 months. As we’re going traveling early November and we’re unsure on what we’re doing with the flat yet. So there’s a possibility of extending…

The flat has two floors and is on the ground floor with its own entrance (basically a little terrace). We’ve got a large south facing garden and a nice park out the front. Due to its location it’s basically silent from any noise pollution from traffic too!

There’s a lounge/dining room with two sofas, a TV and a dining table.
The kitchen is separate and has plenty of room. There’s 1.5 bathrooms which we’ve recently renovated.

Bills are split between 4 and work out at approximately £94 each month.

We love the area, as there’s loads of great pubs and restaurants close by.
Transport wise it’s close to the overground in Canonbury and Dalston, plus the Victoria line in Highbury and Islington and the northern line in Angel. The buses all have great connections too.

You’ll be living us, Emma and Dan, we’re a couple and have been together 9 years. We bought the flat 3 years ago and have just about got to the end of our renovations.

Our friend has lived with us for 2.5 years and is now moving in with her boyfriend. We also have another flatmate, Caroline, who’s been with almost a year now 😊
