Lovely furnished, large single / small double in stunning Deptford flat (and building), really close to Greenwich!

Shared with one other = me, it has a bed, desk, built in wardrobe & mirrors, and a small shelf unit.

This is a quiet, looked after, queer friendly flat -- looking for someone who is on a similar vibe.

The property:

This is a large and modern 2 bed in a building / warehouse that was renovated a few years ago.

Some of the perks include: underfloor heating in the flat, modern kitchen w dishwasher, balcony + large shared rooftop right outside the flat, co-working space with cafe + projector, parcel delivery room (incl. fridges for food shopping deliveries...!), safe bike storage room, etc.
Bills are approximately * £130/150 pcm.

Please note that this is a flexible but short term let, until mid / late August. I will be gone for part of it however, so you will have the flat to yourself for some time!

The household (= you and I):

I am currently freelancing and running some creative projects before I go back into full time employment.
I moved into this flat at the end of last year. I have family stay with me on and off, and need the room for personal use at times, hence the short let.

While I am social and love going to things, I as much need my flat to be a quiet, 'safe' little place to recharge, therefore looking for someone who respects / understands that (it probably goes without saying but no parties / afterparties, hosting gatherings or having people crash etc.).

I am ideally looking for a professional - open to a student depending on the circumstance (PhD, mature student, etc.).
I will require either a proof of employment or a proof of funds as well as one month's deposit.

Location & transport:

Deptford High Street is a 10 mins walk, 3 mins if you cycle - even if you haven't got your own bike, there are plenty Lime bikes around all the time. Greenwich / Cutty Sark and Peckham are a short cycle or bus ride away .

New Cross Station: overground to Shoreditch / Dalston, trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street

Deptford Station: trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Kings Cross (then further to Luton etc.) and Woolwich

and a little further you have Deptford Bridge (DLR to Stratford and Bank) and New Cross Gate (overground and trains to Dalston / Highbury, Islington, London Bridge, Crystal Palace, West Croydon, etc.).
