After two wonderful years living here, I am moving to the coast and therefore advertising for someone to take over my BEAUTIFUL room, in a two bed flatshare!
The flat:
-A spacious, airy 2 bed ground floor flat in a 2 storey house in West Dulwich
-High ceilings, big communal living areas, and lots of natural light throughout
-Lots of storage space and communal space to make it your own!
-Huge, beautiful back garden, with a shed, apple tree (with an abundance of apples in the summer!!!)
-Free on street parking, right outside the bedroom
The room:
-It’s an ENORMOUS, part furnished king size room, at the front of the flat. It has three floor to ceiling sash windows (with openable secondary glazing, which really helps with noise and insulation in the winter!).
-The room is south facing so gets soooo much beautiful sunlight and amazing sunsets through the windows!
Your future flatmate!:
-Xavier is half French, gay, works in the music industry, sometimes works from home and sometimes from the office, enjoys reading and is VERY clean, respectful and into his health and wellness (although great to share a chilled glass of wine with on a Friday night!)
He would prefer to live with a female, but would also consider males! (must be a LGBT+ friendly household! 🏳️🌈 )
The ideal flatmate:
-Young professional
-Down to earth, easygoing, tidy and respectful, keen to keep a peaceful and positive vibe in the flat!
-Ideally someone invested in their health and well-being!
-Someone with some gardening know-how (poor garden has been neglected!)
Monthly Bill Costs:
-Council tax (Southwark) is £95 each per month
-Gas + Electric: coming in hot at approx. £70 each
Availability:
-The room will be available from the start of June
-Prospective tenants will be subject to referencing through the Dulwich Estate
