I am moving out of my flat and need someone to replace my tenancy until the end of November - option to stay longer if you want. The move date can be flexible!
It is a double studio flat with private ensuite and kitchennette. Additionally, there's a communal kitchen, laundry room and a large back garden. All bills including TV, Wifi and Council tax are paid directly to the landlord at £200pcm.
Permit parking is available. The flat is 5-10min walk to Ealing Common and 15min to Ealing Broadway.
