Beautiful Double Room in Earlsfield

Hello! We are Pia and Laura, two female professionals looking for another female to join us in our beautiful home in Earlsfield.

The House
We are so lucky to live in such a stunning home! People often comment on how lovely it is here because we treat it as our home rather than just a flat-share. The house has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, large living/dining/kitchen and a deck which is a total sun trap in the summer.

Location
It's located on a quiet road about 10-minutes' walk from Earlsfield station and high street and 15-minutes' walk from Southfields station. We're right opposite King George's Park and a short walk from the shopping centre and Sainsbury's in Wandsworth. Perfect location really.

The Room
This double room is a lovely size and very quiet as it is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. All furniture is included: fitted wardrobe with double hanging, double bed with 4 drawers, and large chest of drawers. You will share the bathroom with one other housemate. The move-in date is TBC but we envisage around mid- to end of May.

Bills
The room is £825 per month. The total monthly payment is £962 which includes all bills (TV licence, broadband, council tax, water, gas, electricity) and a cleaner who visits twice a month. We take turns to buy things like cleaning products, etc.

Lockable bike shed
On-street parking - permit costs around £170 per year. Free parking at weekends.

The Housemates
Pia is 38, originally from Cheshire and is an Event Manager. She's lived here since 2015. Laura is 33, originally from Kent and works as a Programme Manager. Both of us love food, keeping fit and exploring London.

About You
We're looking for someone who is very clean and tidy, house-proud and will want to live here long-term. It's important that you're happy to muck in with household tasks as we're all busy people! For that reason, we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves a bit so if you are looking for a party household, this is definitely not for you!
