Double room in spacious 2 bed flat in Earlsfield

Hi, sadly my flatmate of 2 and a half years has moved out of my flat so I am looking for a new friendly flatmate to fill the room (double room for a single occupier). The room is available now, but I’d rather get the right person rather than rush to fill it. The room is available until November 2024 so it would be a 6–7-month lease depending on when you move in (it is possible that the room will be available after November but I won’t know until nearer the time). The rent is £1000 including bills.

The flat is a 2 and a half bed flat across 2 floors with a large kitchen/dining room, separate living room, 2 bathrooms and a garden at the back of the flat. The room itself has a built-in wardrobe and comes with a double ottoman bed so there is plenty of storage space. There is also space for a desk if you sometimes work from home.

I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who is clean and considerate. I have quite a busy life but it would be great to have someone who wants to make it home and would be keen to sit down with a glass of wine occasionally, watch the odd movie, or go out for brunch, etc.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Earlsfield train station and Southfields tube station (district line) is less than a 15 minute walk. There are also a lot of buses, including night buses so it is easy to get back at any time.
