East village - one room available

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for a lovely room in an East Village apartment by the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford!
I’m looking for someone to replace me as I’m moving out london.

Rent: £929 pcm plus bills, approx. £150 (water, electricity, and council tax), varies depending on seasonal use.

Contract: rolling contract and no deposit needed! (Subject to earnings).
You just need to sign the renewal every November , cover any costs if damage is found in your room (normal wear and tear is okay), and find a replacement to takeover your tenancy agreement with GetLiving who are super easy to liaise with.

The room:
The room comes fully furnished and is equipped with double bed, mattress, bedside tables, 1 wide chest of drawers, a tall narrow chest of drawers and wardrobe. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. (Picture attached)

The flat has a lovely balcony and is close to both Victoria and the Olympic parks.

The flat is situated in a lovely area:
- close to transport links
- plenty of shops
- cute cafes and restaurants

Housemates:
Two lovely ladies, both professionals in their early 30s who partially work from home.

We’re looking for a friendly, clean housemate who loves to make their house a home, enjoys a chat and respects the privacy of others. As much as we enjoy socialising, this is not a party house.

Affordability : Please note that the agency Get Living requires the incoming occupant to demonstrate that their gross annual earnings is at least 30 times an equal rent share and they have a credit score of good or excellent. If they are unable to satisfy this requirement we may still be prepared to approve the transfer, but we might ask them to provide a guarantor.
Please be aware that the guarantor will be for the entire tenancy and not just the incoming applicant(s).
The guarantor will need to be:
UK based
Have a good or excellent credit score
Evidence through referencing that they earn 30x the the full monthly rent.
