Double room available in stunning top floor flat

We have a double room available in our gorgeous flat in Elephant and Castle. It’s in a fantastic central location, less than 10 mins walk to the train and tube stations and great bus links.

The flat is on the top floor on the building and has a balcony overlooking London (the sunset views are incredible!). It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The available room is fully furnished minus the chest of drawers, with the bathroom just across the hall. The bathroom will be shared with one other flatmate (don’t worry I keep it very clean!).

The two of us are both professionals and we vary between working from home in the shared kitchen area and going into the office. Jade is 30 and works in events, Katie is 29 (30 next week!) and works in procurement. We are a sociable pair and will often be in the living room watching tv/cooking/having a glass of wine. We like to go out for dinner and drinks often, either together or with friends, but we’re also very respectful and don’t tend have late night parties (unless it’s a special occasion of course).

We’d love to have a third flatmate who is happy socialising whilst we’re all in the flat, and is also clean, tidy and respectful.

We are in the process of renewing our contract, and it’s a 12 month lease with a 6 month break clause.
