June - August Sublet - Long Term Option!

I'm subletting my sunny and spacious room in Elephant and Castle from 1 June until 31 August - dates flexible and there's an option to extend the contract afterwards.

The room and flat come fully furnished. It will have 2 wardrobes / shelves, double bed, night stand / drawer, and a desk. The flat comes with washer and dryer.

The location could not be any better!
- Less than a 5 minute walk to Elephant and Castle tube station (Northern and Bakerloo), the train station (overground, Thameslink, and other train lines), and endless bus stops.
- There is a big Sainsbury's 2 minute walk away, multiple asian grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, and pubs / bars. Metropolitano Mercato (huge beer garden) is 5 minute walk.
- Borough market and London Bridge are both 20 minute ish walk.
- I work near Bank and takes me around 30 minutes to commute by foot.

The rent includes all the bills so super easy.

Note that there's no living room, but a dining table in the kitchen as pictured.
