Double Room Finsbury Park - Female 25-30

Hi! We’re Lucy and Andrew - we’re looking for a female, 25-30; and would also be great to be creative like us!

We have a lovely light and airy double room available, in a flat split across the top two floors of a victorian house (room situated on the first floor adjacent to living space - further bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs). Lucy has lived here for 3 years and Andrew moved in 2 years ago, via spare room!

We have a shared living space (lounge/dining/kitchen), 1 bathroom! (Space in the bedroom for a wfh/desk setup and comes with a bed, wardrobe, drawers)

Less than 2 minutes walk to Finsbury Park station, and 1 minute walk to the park! On street parking also available via permit.

A Lidl and Sainsburys at the end of the road, along with 2 great pubs (Worlds End + Faltering Fullback).

We’re extremely clean, tidy and clutter free, so we would love someone to be the same. We usually eat dinners together but appreciate our own space to recharge during the week. Equally enjoy a pub night and a Sunday roast. We’re both working hybrid (some wfh days, some office days).
