Hey! We are Rachael, 30 and Hannah, 29, both British and living in Finsbury Park. We’ve been here for 2 years so far, and our housemates (and good friends), Taylor and Bethan are both leaving us mid July. One is moving in with a partner, and the other going travelling. So we are looking for 2 new girls to join us!

The vibe in the house has always been very cosy and sociable. We are all friends and hangout. When our schedules align, we love a good trip to the pub. Equally, we do respect each other’s space, and spend most weeknights tucked up in bed by 9pm, feeding our TikTok addictions.

We are looking for 2 new girls, in their late 20s/early 30s, who are friendly and sociable. Keen for nights out together, but also keen for wholesome coffee and pastry walks. We love a bit of hosting, and will sometimes invite our separate friend groups to the house and include each other. But by no means are we a party house! We’re truly trying to find some balance as we enter our 30s!

Rachael works from home so is about majority of the time whilst Hannah works in the office 5 days a week. We’re both professionals, working 9-5, Mon-Fri.

We have a 1 year old cat, called Rupert. He’s solely Rachael’s cat and responsibility, but cat friendly housemates are a must! i. e. People who don’t mind putting down a pouch of his food if no one’s home and giving him a bit of fuss :)

We’re clean and tidy and living with others who are also clean is super important to us. New housemates must tidy up after themselves and take care of our home.

Our landlord is nice and easy going, we’re in a group chat with our ‘handyman’ who pops by to fix things whenever we have an issue in the house.

The location of the house is brilliant, we’re a short stroll away from the park, and to the vibrant and popular Harringay Green Lanes, with easy access to restaurants and bars.

There’s lots of trendy neighbourhoods nearby to explore, we’re bordering Hackney, Dalston, Stoke Newington, Islington etc.

We’re also in very close walking distance to a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Superdrug, and Poundland
