I have a sunny small double room in a cozy flat minutes walk from Clissold Park. The flat has two bedrooms in total, and you will be sharing a large living room and kitchen areas only, as you will have your own private bathroom.

There is a parking space area and also a private park for the building's residents which has code access. The room comes furnished (please note that there is an option of desk and chair in case you are a remote/or hybrid worker).

Sharing with: my name is Iliana, I am a 34 year old professional from Greece, working in Supply Chain. I work from home 3 days a week. When at home, you will usually find me in my room reading, watching a movie or doing my embroidery. I love going for walks, visit museums or going out with friends for dinner, drinks or the movies. I love cooking, and I am also currently thinking of starting tennis again (many tennis amenities in the area).

Location: situated in a very quiet area opposite Manor's House Castle Climbing Centre. It is also a short stroll from Clissold Park, numerous independent coffee shops, restaurants, with both local and big supermarkets walking distance from us. Lovely Church street is up the road as well, with all its beautiful shops.

Transport: 8' walk to Manor House underground station, 15' walk from Finsbury Park station and bus stops outside the flat. Overground stations fairly close to us: Harringay Green Lanes, Canonbury and Stoke Newingto n (20-25' walking distance).

Bills: bills are approximately 150£ pm per person.

References: the landlord will require a 1 month deposit, along with proof of right to work in the UK, as well as references.

I am looking for a professional, ideally close to age, who is friendly, quiet, clean and respectful. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Please note that the flat used to be a 3 bed, no living room, so at the moment the landlord is changing a few things in the house, so the living room area is being redecorated at the moment.
