I am moving out of the house to move in with my girlfriend and so I am letting my room. I officially move on the 7th May but I am flexible on days up until June to take into account a shorter notice by me. I want to make sure the new guy fits in well. NO COUPLES I’m afraid.
The house itself is a good size with a large mezzanine kitchen. There’s a Juliet balcony which is great for the summer. It’s also well insulated from the road noise and is in a prime location in Fulham.
The key driver here is that my housemate Loic wants someone to move in who he can get on well with. So above all that’s the aim. He’s a super chill and social guy who loves football, tennis and skiing. Always keen to grab a beer, watch a film or chill. He’s a consultant at a large consultancy firm and does about 3 days working from home.
The person also needs to be clean and tidy too. Generally conscious of living with another person and house upkeep
