However I will be away from the 5th May and the flat will be available for roughly 3.5 weeks, ideal for someone in between places etc.
Bills included, pets allowed, most furnishings will still be here.
Rent paid upfront to me, 500 weekly, and ideally for the whole 3 weeks but am flexible on this.
Deposit to my landlady who I will put you in touch with, and a formal agreement signed.
There is a bbq in the garden and it is a beautiful flat :)
