Great double room with en suite available in Greenwich/Deptford.

My current housemate is moving out to take up a secondment in Spain and therefore I am looking for a replacement tenant to share this fantastic flat with. As the contract is not up for renewal this would be a direct replacement (tenancy from 1st June onwards but vacant now).

Located within a riverside apartment, the flat offers two balconies (including shared balcony off bedrooms), large kitchen/living area, secure underground parking, and 10 minutes walk to DLR and national rail stations (London Bridge is 7 minutes by train). Within walking distance from historic Greenwich and lively Deptford and New Cross.

Ideally looking for someone who is interested in a more permanent situation and will want to contribute towards daily life in the flat - whether that's grabbing a drink at our local pub or having friends round for dinner.

A bit about me at home - I work as a project manager for an insurance company and this will be 2 or 3 days working from home in the communal space, with the remaining days in the office. When I'm not working I'm a big fan of cooking so you can often find me in the kitchen. I love the odd movie night or binging a series. I've got a real mixed taste in music and will usually be listening to something wherever I am in the flat. I'll take some chill time reading a book on the balcony, having a peaceful bath, or sat down to work on my drawings. I love hosting for friends and family, our most successful nights were a wine and cheese evening and our Eurovision party.

When I'm not at home I'm usually socialising with friends or family, exploring new places and going to events, at the gym, or rowing (mainly at weekends). I split my time about 50/50 in and out of the flat and ideally I'd be looking for the sort of housemate where our schedules would allow time alone in the flat for one another, but also someone to hang out with on a boring Tuesday night.
