Housemate in a 2 bed flat

Hey, I’m Sam and am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my flat.

My current flatmate is relocating, and the room will be available from mid-July.

The flat is in a great location, on the riverfront, you can walk to; Greenwich Town Centre in less than 15 mins and Deptford High Street in less than 10. In terms of transport, you can get from the flat to London Bridge in 15 minutes, and both the City and Canary Wharf in less than 30.

It is a 2-bed 2-bathroom flat with a huge balcony/terrace which is great for the summer.

Rent is £1,100 per month and bills come to just over £200.

I am 28, work as a management consultant in the financial services industry.

I like to keep the flat neat and tidy, generally a morning person rather than a 2 am night owl, so looking to find someone similar!

Outside of work, I like to keep active (running, gym, tennis and occasionally cycling) and try out new restaurants/bars.

I am also a non-smoker and would be looking for someone who is the same.
