1-week Sublet: Spacious Flat in Great Location

My partner and I are traveling at the end of May and wish to sublet our flat for 7-10 days (29 May-4 June plus a day or two on either end). It's a fully furnished two-bedroom maisonette; the sub-letters will have access to the spacious guest bedroom with king size bed and a desk, as well as all common rooms (kitchen, lounge/dining room, full bathroom and private garden). Our bedroom will not be accessible. This short sublet is for a single person or a couple. Professionals only and strictly no smokers or pets.

We will be leaving May 29th and returning June 4th. The sub-letters will have the flat to themselves the entire time we are gone and we can discuss your spending an extra day or two on either end. The rental price is £325/week. All bills are included. A £325 deposit will be required in addition to references.

The flat is a maisonette with a living room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms downstairs. It is quiet and comfortable with efficient heating and double-glazed windows. The living/dining room boasts tall ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bedroom is very large, fitted with a king size medium-firm memory foam mattress, nice sheets and towels. There is a full-size desk and ergonomic chair in the bedroom.

You'll have full access to the bathroom with a lengthy bathtub, a well-appointed chef's kitchen, a private back garden and a living space with two sofas and 6-seater dining table. Reliable 70 mbps wifi is included. Guests are free to use the washing machine and drying rack (there's also a dehumidifier for quicker drying).

Hackney Central/Lower Clapton is a desirable location with everything at your doorstep: great bakeries, restaurants, bars, organic shops, a gym, swimming pool and yoga studios. The area is a melting pot of cultures with plenty of opportunities to relax or explore.

There are many buses at our door (55, 106, 242, 253, 254, 425, 488, N38) and it's only a 10 minute walk to Hackney Central Overground or Hackney Downs Overground. Central London is 45 minutes away by taking the Overground to Highbury & Islington and then taking the Victoria line into Central London.
