We’re both working professionals that met through Spareroom 2 years ago and have been in the flat ever since. Unfortunately our other flat mate has decided to move on so we’re now on the lookout for someone. We both enjoy a drink but also respect (with disappointment) that we’re not 22 years old anymore. We live a relatively healthy lifestyle as I enjoy my fair share of running and Chloe is into her gym sessions (which we have included in our flat). We have a preference for the third housemate to be 30-35years old



The flat will be furnished by us other than your bedroom, however any additional furniture will always be welcome. Your room comes with a built in wardrobe, ceiling to floor glass doors with Juliet balcony.
