The room

Hi there! A large double room will become available from 1st July in our lovely house in Wood Green.

A few details about the house first:
Big house, fully renovated just 4 years ago, with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower), large shared living room, kitchen and garden. The house is right next to Wood Green mall, 5 minutes walk from Wood Green and Turnpike Lane tube stations, 2 minutes walk from the high street and all the supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants you could wish for. If you love parks, Alexandra Palace is just behind the corner.
There are two people living here, a guy and a girl, in their 30s, both professionals. We're friendly and sociable but we're respectful of each other privacy and we're not really a party house.

About the room:
Double room available from 1st July. Rent is £780 per month not including bills. Deposit is £810. It comes with forniture and two beds (a single and a double) so it’s perfect for either friends or couples.

Bills:
Gas, electricity, internet and council tax are paid monthly and normally come up to max £100 per person each month.
Water is paid every six months and is normally around £60 per person.
