Bright, Spacious Room in Harringay

We have a big room in our lovely flat becoming available on 1st June.

The flat is located on the Harringay Ladder, a 10-minute walk from Finsbury Park. Nearby are all the amenities you need – cafes, pubs, 24/7 supermarkets – and down the road is the Arena shopping park. It’s easily accessible as you have buses stopping practically outside the front door, the Harringay Green Lanes Overground station an 8-min walk away and Manor House tube station a 15-min walk away (Piccadilly Line).

The room is in the middle of the house and is around 18m2. It has an east-facing window so when the sun is out the room is filled with light in the mornings. In the flat you can also find a spacious kitchen/living area and a balcony where we like to enjoy a coffee/beer/meal.

You will be sharing with Jordan (30), a vegan chef from France, and Josie (29) a non-binary artist from Australia. We love hanging out together, cooking, talking and going out, so ideally we’d like someone who’s keen to be part of the house and not just stick to themselves. We also value open communication – we know living in a shared house isn’t always easy, so speaking your mind is very important. (No passive aggressive texts in the WhatsApp group, in other words!) We also respect personal boundaries and appreciate that everyone needs their space, so we keep the flat peaceful so that people can relax if they need some alone time.

It is absolutely essential that you be in no way queer/trans/homophobic. We want this to be a space where everyone can be their true self.

The rent is £561 before bills. With all bills included it comes to around £700. Council tax band C.
