Warehouse double room- 3 mo sublet/ longer potenti

Hellooo,

I am sadly having to move back home for summer so have a double room available in our lovely Manor House ware-home for a 3 month sublet. There is the potential for this to go permanent if I have to extend my stay home so keen for people who are open to both options.

You’ll be moving in with the loveliest group of girls who I am very sad to be leaving. We are more than just friends so the girls would love someone who is keen to keep that dynamic and join our little family.

Sadly as no one is a millionaire yet it means everyone works Monday to Friday. So aside from the occasional post work wine/beer we are generally more chill during the week with a love of MAFs and movies. On the weekend we are all very social with both each other and friends; so if you love the odd drink, night out, karaoke or anything fun you will fit right in.

Work wise the girls do a bit of everything including film, fashion, furniture design, UX design and charity work so are on similar schedules with a mixture of working from home and out the house. Outside of work they love everything from going to the cinema, drinks, the odd mix (DJ), fitness and the sun (who doesn't haha).

Our warehouse is a self contained flat with just us 6. We have a great kitchen / living area with enough space for us to all chill and keep it generally clean & tidy. We have 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. Your bedroom would be on the ground floor with an internal window for light. The room is partly furnished, coming with a double bed, clothes rail and small chest of drawers. It is available from the 1st of June

The warehouse is located in Catwalk Place in the Haringey warehouse district. It is a short walk to both Manor House and seven sisters Station and is a fun vibrant community.

The rent is currently £660 per month and includes all bills, rising to £680 from July. Only extras would be WiFi and monthly house kitty for cleaning bits which comes to a huge £15.
