Summer Sublet in Harringay

Hey guys, I’m moving out of our 4 bedroom house in Harringay soon and so it will be available over summer!

🚝 Transport: The house is in Zone 2, around 15 minutes walking distance to the Victoria Line (Seven Sisters), 10 minutes to the Piccadilly Line (Turnpike Lane / Manor House), 5 minutes to the Overground (Harringay Green Lanes) and is located on major bus routes in and out of the city.

🏪 Local Area: A good range of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gyms and shops are available on Green Lanes or less than 10 minutes away at Arena Shopping Park. Finsbury Park is also just down the road, with plenty of other green space and quiet spots close by.

🏠 The House: Our large garden is a great place to relax over summer, while you would also have access to a decent-sized living room. The bedroom itself is a double with ample space for storage as well as a desk to allow you to work from home.

🧍‍♂️Flatmates: The three current flatmates are all 24-25 year old male professionals working in law and engineering. Their work keeps them busy and they like going to the gym, running and cycling, but also enjoy a chilled night in front of the TV or at the pub.
