Great local amenities, including multiple super markets,  local laundrette on the high road, underground and overground stations nearby, , natural spaces, places to eat out, coffee shops, yoga studios, parks, pubs, restaurants, gyms etc.

Everyone in the house is kind, friendly, clean and cleans after themself and respectful, and there is a homely feel to the house. We are looking for a well-kept person to maintain the same cleanliness standards and respect the upkeep of our home.

We are all working professionals and maintain busy schedules.

The house has modern facilities.

Bills are included in the weekly rent. The cost of the room is ( £700 per month)  to be paid every week at £175 per week each Friday.

£350 deposit required upon moving in which covers 1 week's rent to be lived out  ( This covers your last week) upon notice of leaving and you will receive the remaining week to be refunded back to you on exit of £175.
