Huge Double - House w/ garden - Manor House

Hey there,

There is a double room available in our house. The room is the largest in the house and on the bottom floor and can easily fit a sofa and be partitioned into two spaces. You will share a kitchen with one other person and a fridge with one other person. The room is available from 1st June 2024.

The house is currently occupied by two British people, an American, and one Hungarian person. We also have a cat. We are looking for someone who is in full time employment, aged between 28-45 and who does not work solely from home.

We have two bathrooms, each with a toilet, one with a shower and one with a bath. There are two kitchens, a shared living space and a garden.

Council tax is included in the rent. Water, gas, electric, broadband, and misc house supplies (cleaning products, toilet paper, etc,) are shared equally between us at the end of the month. Summer bills come to around 40 a month and in winter it peaks at about 80.

The house is large and in an excellent location. We have incredible transport links. Manor House station is a seven minute walk away, as is the overground. There are buses that go all through London. You can get anywhere to need to be 24 hours a day.

Finsbury Park is one of the biggest parks in London and just a five minute walk away. There are 24 hour shops, Sainsbury's, pubs, everything you need is within walking distance. There are some wonderful walks around here too.
