En- suite room in SE London, easy to everywhere.

I am leaving London so need someone to replace me, starting from July or August. It's a very new house in South London（zone2）, very wonderful and fully furnished. There are many bus stops and a railway station very close to the house（Loughborough Junction Station), also 20-mins walk to Brixton station（Victoria and Northern Line). It is very convenient, there are many supermarkets downstairs. You will live with one very nice female housemate who is tidy, quiet. Her only request was not to bring people home too often for parties.
