We're looking for a third housemate to take over the contract until 1st
September this year, with an option to extend/ sign a new contract afterwards. You’ll be sharing with 2 females in their 30s, there is also Muk, a 15 yo cat - very fluffy, extremely gentle, kind and friendly.

We are looking for someone, tidy and respectful of the house and personal space, and easygoing.
There may be gatherings/meals in the garden parties sometimes but it will be a quiet house most of the time.

Ideally, someone who doesn’t wfh full time. Keen to contribute to the garden's upkeep. Someone who doesn't impose spiritual beliefs on others and addresses issues respectfully. We are looking for someone who likes cats. No couples, sorry!

The room is a good size for a single or a double bed, it gets a lot of light in the morning/mid-day (east facing), and comes unfurnished but we can ask landlord for a bed.

The house: a 3 bedroom flat on lower-ground level in a Victorian house with access to a massive garden shared just with 2 neighbours from the flat above (but hardly there). There is a small living room and a bathroom.
There is no dishwasher but we have a tumble dryer!
