30 MINS CYCLE TO LONDON BRIDGE, 32 mins to Vauxhall, 12 mins to Greenwich, 12 mins to Goldsmiths.

YOUR ROOM (4m x 4m) is furnished with a memory foam double bed, large period wardrobe, bedside table, modern sofa, chest of drawers and a display storage unit. The flat is a 60 sq metre modern Victorian conversion with 3-bedrooms. Rent includes all bills and use of the 118 foot back garden for Prosecco and barbies in the Summer.

Me and my other lodger. I’m a graduate science teacher and songwriter/composer. Into gym, movies, theatre, art, literature, Love Island and cooking. Happy to share an occasional meal and have a catch up.

THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM BUT...
The front room, which doubles as my studio/bedroom, has a big sofa and telly. Feel free occasionally to propose something the three of us can watch if you like!

LOCAL AMENITIES
Short walk to Lewisham station (Zone 2), and very close to Hither Green station (Zone 3), where there are also two fab café’s, a gastropub, Sapore Vero independent italian run pizzas restaurant, etc. LIDL 10 mins walk away. Lewisham has a large shopping centre with TK Maxx, Sainsbury's and all the usual suspects. We're next to two local parks, and 15 mins walk to Blackheath with its restaurants and a farmers’ market every Sunday. Come take a look, and make sure you stop by YOU DON'T BRING ME FLOWERS cafe outside the station for coffee and cake.
