Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a double-bed room in Holborn, London city centre from May/June 2024 until August 2025. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. My current flatmate is a female, student studying in LSE. The flat is fully furnished and located on the ground floor.
The location is very convenient. There are several bus stops right outside with buses to various parts of London. It's a 5-minute walk to Holborn Tube Station (with Central Line and Piccadilly Line). Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach major supermarkets such as Waitrose, Boots, M&S, and Asian supermarkets, or within 5 minutes to Little Waitrose, Sainsbury's. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, a 2-minute walk takes you to Red Lion Street, a food street. If you want something quick, there are also various fast foods within a 5-minute walk like McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC, Wasabi, Itsu, etc. Additionally, it's a 15-minute walk to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Soho, Bloomsbury etc. Moreover, it's within a 10-minute walk to LSE, UCL, KCL, and SOAS, making it very convenient for students.
