We are looking for someone to take care of our flat during the summer.

We do have a contract with the landlord, so it is a sublease for you to have the flat.

It’s located in the center of the city, with 5 minutes walking distance to Central and Piccadilly tube, 5 minutes walking distance to British Museum, 15 minutes walking distance towards the British Library/Kings Cross and loads of buses just downstairs for you to get to anywhere you want. Also, Saintsbury shop just crossed the street and dozens of restaurants just outside of the building;

It’s a 70+ square meter large flat with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom( a bathtub), a 20 square meter larger living room and 1 kitchen. Please be noted, it’s at the 5th floor with an old fashioned/film noir/classic Italy Style/Taste/Feel.😆

The flat is fully furnished and you don’t need to buy anything except groceries.

The rent is £2,000 per month or £500 per week, all expenses are not included so you have to pay for WiFi/electricity/gas/water)
