Decent sized dbl bedroom. Small living room/seating n coffee area next to own use garden. Garden and all rooms (except your room) shared.

Photo of office space will become a little seating/living room area next to the garden door. This is not yet ready but will be from end of May. I will update photo when ready. It is a small room but can fit a little sofa, coffee table, desk and will have tea/coffee facilities.

No en suite. There’s a kitchen with a small table for dining, but its small.

Great location for commuting as I’m zone 2 and only 4 mins walk to holland park tube which is central line, Notting Hill Gate is a 12 min and in zone 1. Lots of buses close by and overground shepherds bush rail 15 min walk

Separate w/c and bathroom, both have sinks. Your room is downstairs next to the bathroom, seating/living room & garden. I’m upstairs next to kitchen n w/c.
