Calm bedroom in a large Victorian House

Your room

I have a light and airy bedroom to let on the first floor of my Victorian house. The room is furnished.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the two other tenannts, while I live on the ground floor.

All bills, are included. Internet, heating, light and water, council tax are all included in the rent.

Please note this room is only for a single person not a couple.

I have a cat called Charlie and my grandchildren often visit during the day.

Holloway is a fantastic area which benefits from four supermarkets within a five minute walk (Morrisons and Waitrose, Iceland and Lidl) as well as lots of local shops and restaurants. Excellent transport links with numerous buses (12 buses). Holloway Tube on the Picadillly line is within 10 minutes walk, Tufnell Park (Northern line), Finsbury Park (Victoria line) and Upper Holloway (overground) are also nearby.

The room is large with high ceilings and is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The location is excellent for shopping and also for getting around London.
