Room with private bathroom in 2 person flat

Hello!

Looking for a new flatmate for the 2-bedroom flat where I'm living.

The room comes with it's own private bathroom, which has a bath.
Furnished with bed (mattress purchased within the last year), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The flat has a shared kitchen / living space with a balcony.
Fairly new build with everything in nice working order!

I'm a film director, working mainly in documentaries.
Also currently studying a part-time masters in psychology and about to start a volunteering job for a refugee and migrant support charity.
Sociable, while also enjoying quieter things like meditation and reading.


Without obsessing over it, I like to keep the place tidy and clean! A chilled spot.


Looking for someone like minded to share the place with and make it homely.
The building has a concierge service, free gym, free secure bike lock-up and a parking spot available in the car park for a fee.

Holloway Rd tube and Drayton Park are both around 7 mins walk away, and Highbury and Islington is 15 mins.

It's in an area I'm fond of! I've lived around here for over 10 years and grew up not far away.

Available 1st June. Possibly a little before then too if that helps.
