We’re both 27, Jess is from Wales and Grace is from Hertfordshire.

Jess works in a tech startup up (classic Hackney), loves going the pub and festivals ! Equally addicted to Vinted and Real Housewives of Clapton insta page

Grace works in the charity sector. Loves the gym/running but equally won’t say no to a pint at the pub and a yard sale. Very sociable, addicted to Vinted and online shopping and always booking a silly little holiday (I’m just a girl x)

You may have seen a similar ad for 2 rooms, we’ve just filled one of the rooms so just the en-suite available now! We just decided it was easier to restart the search for just the en-suite

We like having friends over however we’re not a party house, we love the homely cosy vibe of the flat and want to maintain that. We’d love a housemate who we can get on with, is easy going and friendly. We both have our own friend groups but enjoy chilling together and would love someone on a similar vibe. Ideally looking for girlies aged 26-30.

We both work from home Mondays/Fridays, ideally looking for someone who does alternative wfh days or doesn’t wfh at all, wifi can’t hack it lol
