Bright double room in Hoxton

We are looking for someone to move into the 3rd bedroom in our 4th floor flat with 3 rooms, kitchen/living room, sunny balcony, bathroom and kitchen. We are a nurse/humanitarian worker and freelance writer/artist. We have lived here for over 3 years together and lead tenant has lived here for 7 years. We are vegetarians and like to be eco friendly where possible. We’re politically and socially conscious and active.

Great location in Zone 1, 10 min walk to Old street station, 17 mins to Liverpool Street station and 30 min bus into the city. 20 minute walk to broadway market and 5 mins from the canal. Flat in a block of flats but very near Hoxton street and Shoreditch park, very nice area.

Current tenant moves our end of May. Room is furnished with a double bed with under bed storage, large built in wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, desk /table (removable), vintage Bureau desk, vintage side table with storage, 4 drawer unit and mirror. Furnishings should not be removed if possible. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
Rent £1000 per month including all bills excl council tax (£40/month).

Looking for chilled out flatmate who likes their own space but is also social, politically and environmentally conscious. Ideally vegetarian but not essential. Must be part of flat cleaning rota. Ideally not someone working from home full time.
