Subletting room in Hackney, July - October

I'm subletting my room in our fantastic house starting from July until the middle of October 2024.

Location:
Situated in the heart of Hackney, our house boasts a prime location just a 5-minute stroll from Hoxton Overground station. Shoreditch and London Fields are within 10 minutes, while Columbia Road is a mere 7 minutes away. You'll find yourself surrounded by an array of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Room Features:
The room is fully furnished with everything you see in the pictures: a comfortable bed, side table, closet, cabinets, shelves, and a light lamp.

House Amenities:
Our cozy home comprises two bathrooms, one shower, a spacious kitchen equipped with all essentials, a spacious living room , and a small yet charming garden.

Flatmates:
You'll be sharing the space with two friendly and easy-going flatmates, Jasper (28) and Dan (29).

Household Vibes:
We're a queer household, so we're seeking someone who's queer or queer-friendly. It's important for us that whoever joins us feels integrated into the house environment and shares our values of respect and inclusivity.

Price:
The rent is £895 per month, plus expenses.
