Your guests can park for free after 6.30pm from Mon-Sat on the street and on Sunday's all day free parking on the street. Near by there are pay and display parking meters. You can also buy a permit if you have a car.

1 MONTH RENT ADVANCE
1 month rent advance expected which is rental price for each room prior to moving in. This will be given back to you after checks have been done when vacating the property.

CONTRACT
Contract for 6 months to 1 year initially. Then this will be reviewed 1 month before the end of the contract for extension.

Rent to be given by direct debit on the 30th of each calendar month into my account.
